At Nanoleaf, we want to ensure your lighting experience is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Nanoleaf panels and accessories in their original box, ensuring all controllers, power supplies, and mounting links are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
